1. Right to Remove Content Depicting Oneself
If you find content on Amateur.tv that depicts you, and you wish to have it removed, please follow these steps:

details such as the URL, title, reason, and relevant information.
2. Include proof of identity to verify that you are the individual depicted in the content.
3. Our team will review your request promptly, and if validated, they will remove the content immediately.

2. Refund Requests

It employs image and sound analysis to identify unauthenticated content and estimates the age of individuals, utilizing facial recognition to detect the presence of minors. The Monitoring Team matches Content stars and verified account owners for additional verification. A dedicated 24/7 Monitoring Team vigilantly reviews real-time broadcasts, focusing on new content creators.
Despite our rigorous measures, we value user input. Your feedback is crucial in upholding our commitment to delivering high-quality, non-offensive adult content to legal-age audiences.
If you encounter any content that raises concerns or violates our standards, please promptly use our electronic notification procedure to bring it to our attention:
1. Use the reporting channels available on the website. If via email, send it to
[email protected] with the subject line “Abusive Content”, including all the
details to locate the mentioned content.
2. The content will be immediately disconnected, per the notification.
3. Our team will investigate the report and act appropriately per our content policies.

4. Content Copyright Infringement
We admire your creative efforts, respect intellectual property rights, and strive to ensure our content complies with copyright laws. If you believe that anyone has infringed your copyright, please follow these steps:
1. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Content Copyright Infringement”,
including detailed information about the copyrighted material, proof of ownership, the
URL where the infringement occurs, and the claimant's details (Full name, address,
telephone number, email address, etc.) plus the content owner's physical or electronic
signature.
2. Attach a hand-signed statement of the claimant's good faith belief that the disputed use
is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
3. Also attach a hand-signed statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information
in the claim is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or
have been authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
4. Include an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of
the copyright owner or other intellectual property interest (if applicable);
5. Our designated agent will review your notice and, if valid, take prompt action, which may
include content removal.

Content Infringement Counter-Notice
If you find your User Content removed or with restricted access, and you believe such removal is unwarranted because that content does not infringe any copyright, or you have legal authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or according to the law. In that case, you are entitled to contest the removal and request the restoration of your content, following these steps:
1. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Content Copyright Counternotice”
including detailed information about the deleted material, proof of ownership, the
content's URL, and the claimant's details (Full name, address, telephone number, email
address, etc.) plus the content owner's physical or electronic signature.
2. Add a clear explanation with evidence about the intellectual property rights violation
3. Attach a statement agreeing the federal court's jurisdiction to be in Reno, Nevada;
4. Also, attach a statement accepting service of process from the person who provided
notification of the alleged infringement;
5. Also, attach a hand-signed statement of the claimant's good faith belief that the disputed
use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. Include an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of
the copyright owner or other intellectual property interest (if applicable);
7. Our designated agent will review your notice and, if valid, take prompt action, which may
include content removal.

5. Record-Keeping Policy
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, Amateur.tv maintains records related to user complaints, content removal requests, refund requests, and other relevant matters. These records are securely stored and may be disclosed to law enforcement or other authorized entities as required by law.
Resolved claims anonymize the data as part of the record-keeping process.
Tech 555 Inc. keeps copies of all correspondence and other materials received concerning any complaints for 7 years.
The complaints register and files will be confidential. This policy restricts its access to the Unit Managers, the Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Executive, the Compliance Manager, and the Director.
